Version 0.1 · 10 September 2026 · Draft for legal review
What Kintrae provides
Kintrae helps people discover community organizations, spaces, initiatives, and opportunities to participate. Directory records are reviewed editorial content, not guarantees, endorsements, or proof that an organization is safe, active, or officially represented.
Your content
Only submit information you are allowed to share. Do not upload images, names, logos, or documents without the necessary rights and permissions. Do not include private details, identity documents, passwords, medical information, or sensitive information about another person. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit.
Minimum age for public posting
Kintrae currently uses an adult-only model for public participation. You must be at least 18 to publish a community idea, join an idea, post an organizer update, or reply publicly. Do not post on behalf of someone under 18. Kintrae uses a checkbox confirmation by default and does not ask for government ID unless a specific safety or legal review shows a stronger check is necessary.
Content rules
- No threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful instructions.
- No spam, malware, scraped personal data, or content designed to manipulate or evade moderation.
- No claims that imply official representation unless you can substantiate the relationship.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of community members, especially children and people in vulnerable situations.
Review and moderation
Kintrae may hold, edit, decline, restrict, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, or inconsistent with these rules. Decisions should be reviewed by people, recorded with a reason, and communicated with an appropriate path to correct or challenge the decision. The public reporting route is available from this legal section.
Availability and changes
Features may change while Kintrae is being developed. Kintrae may suspend access when needed for security, moderation, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms should be published with a new version date and, where appropriate, a notice to affected users.
