Accessibility scope and feedback

How Kintrae treats accessibility for the current free civic directory and when the scope should be reviewed.

Kintrae should be usable by keyboard and screen-reader users even where Portuguese accessibility-law scope is still being confirmed. Use the About contact form to report an access barrier.

Version 0.1 · 23 September 2026

Current scope

Kintrae is currently a free civic directory without ticketing, paid membership, donations as a consumer transaction, or another online transaction flow. The current product assessment is that Decree-Law 82/2022 should be reassessed before any such service is added.

Product standard

  • Core journeys should work with keyboard navigation and visible focus.
  • Forms, moderation flows, reporting, and data-rights routes should use meaningful labels and recoverable errors.
  • Map-based discovery should keep list and text alternatives available for people who cannot use the map comfortably.
  • Motion should respect reduced-motion preferences where animation is not essential.
  • Manual accessibility checks should be recorded before public launch and after material changes.

Feedback path

If a page, form, map interaction, or document is difficult to use, contact Kintrae through the About page. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier you found, and any assistive technology or browser details you are comfortable sharing.
